There is nothing to sign up for. No email, no password, no profile. You open the app and use it.

No server

Your receipts, transactions and scores live in an encrypted database on your device. We have no copy, because there is nowhere to keep one. The one thing that ever leaves is an anonymous product lookup to Open Food Facts — a barcode, nothing else. And when Open Food Facts has no score for a product, the app says No score yet rather than inventing one.

No analytics

Nothing tracks what you scan or what you buy. Crash reports stay on your phone unless you choose to send one.
